Sean Rosser
Sean Rosser, is the Managing Partner of Bridge Management Consulting. He has extensive experience with consulting, both for large Fortune 500 firms as well as small businesses. After several high-tech start-ups, and successfully selling his last SAS (software as service) business in 2001, Mr. Rosser worked as an independent consultant and investment banker. He has extensive experience in workouts and turnarounds, both at the micro-level (< $3MM) and in larger organizations.Mr. Rosser holds a MBA from Harvard University as well as a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
Nancy Ferrazza
Nancy Ferrazza, workout officer, comes to us with over 20 years litigation experience, trying cases in federal, state and military courts. She’s an experienced negotiator: tough, thorough and tenacious, fighting for her client every step of the way. Her years of courtroom experience has taught her how to effectively manage massive amounts of information; she can easily and quickly locate the data needed to make her point, and communicate that simply and effectively to present her case and persuade her opponent. Simply, she loves to negotiate and fight for her clients, in the courtroom or in the boardroom.Always aggressive but never abrasive, Nancy works with any adversary – whether it be banker or lawyer - on behalf of her client. Her confident style gives her the ability to successfully manage any workout.
A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Nancy is an active volunteer at The Autism Project; she also serves on the Board of Directors of The Blessing Way, a Rhode Island non-profit.
